The following adult classes are drop-in style, with various techniques and styles offered each week. Some days you may feel like an intense burn is right for you, and other days a slow myofascial release is just what you need. Feel free to mix and mingle and try each class we offer.

Blaze

Yoga for Athletes,
Intermediate Yoga Practitioners

Created for those who employ yoga as a part of their athletic training, this class will include longer holds, more advanced poses, and more heat within as we work through powerful vinyasa flows.  A basic understanding of yoga poses is important, and prior participation in our Spark class is recommended.  You may want to come prepared with a water bottle and a towel.

Yoga for Stress Relief,
All levels welcome

This class focuses attention on breath work to help heal and bring peace from the inside out.  While we move through gentle poses, your breath will guide your speed and intensity.  The goal will be to release the negative and invite the positive, first with the breath and then with the body.  A restorative Savasana will conclude our class each session, with options to include aromatherapy, sound bathing, and more.

Radiate

Yoga for Introspection,
All levels welcome

In this 1.5 hour class, you’ll be guided into a deep meditative state through movement and breath. Gentle vinyasa + hatha style movements will encourage you to turn your focus inward and deepen the spiritual side of your practice. We will incorporate guided visualizations and a focused breathing pattern, and each practice will end with a sound bath. Our aim is a beautiful restoration of the body and mind, coupled with the radiance of each soul as we shed whatever blocks have come up in the week before. This is a perfect way to come together in community, regardless of your level or style of practice.

Spark

Yoga for Beginners,
Novice Practitioners

This class will follow a general, predictable structure each week, using a vinyasa flow to build up to various peak poses.  While gentler in tempo than Blaze, this class will invite you to follow your body’s cues to build heat when desired and to push your limits as you feel ready.  You will become familiar with the basics of yoga practice, including pranayama (breath work) and asanas (physical poses), so that you can take what you learn and build your own consistent practice at home.

Reflect

Yoga for Restoration (Yin Yoga),
All levels welcome

This class, taught in Yin Yoga style, will invite you to find healing within while lying or sitting in a supported, restorative pose.  Yin Yoga is an increasingly popular way to teach the body to release tension and move toward proper internal function when under acute stress, chronic pain, or various forms of trauma.  This balancing of prana (life force) can increase circulation, mobility, and flexibility on and off the mat.  In this class we often use tennis balls, golf balls, fingers, and foam rollers to help target specific sore spots and release the stress within muscles and fascia.

Renew

Yoga for Renewal,
All levels welcome

In this class, you’ll will be guided to move your body in a gentle flow, challenging muscles and concentration to build just enough heat for a deep practice. The rhythm will be slow and workable for students at all levels, with opportunities to increase intensity on an individual basis. Class includes practices to help relax and renew the mind, and a luxurious savasana prepares the body for deeper rest at night. This class is perfect for anyone who wants to unwind after a long day.

Breathe

Breathwork for Beginners,
All levels welcome

This 30-minute Restorative Breathwork class focuses on breath awareness so that we can rest deeper and receive more. We’ll invite new curiosity about our breath and practice deep breathing as a tool for creating inner peace and presence during busy times. The slow and gentle breath patterns of this session aims to soften reactivity in the nervous system while building a deeper connection with the self. Perfect for breathwork beginners and those looking to enhance their mindfulness practice.

Emerge

Breathwork for Transformation,
All levels welcome

This style of Breathwork uses cyclical, intentional breathing techniques with the goal of transformation. This session is intended to be activating and powerful! The main segment of breathing is 60 minutes and will be done lying down, eyes closed, and with music playing all around you. While you’re breathing, you will be guided to uncover any emotions that need time and space to be held before they can be released. A unique experience every time.

Breathwork for the Chakras,

From Root to Crown, the Central Channel is our energetic life force, the power from within that sustains us and guides us toward our purpose. In this 45-minute breathwork session, we will spend time exploring the depths of each chakra while using an activating breath pattern to clear out any imbalances or obstacles so that you can take that next step toward your dreams. Accessible to All Levels and a great practice for people who want to learn more about the chakras and balancing them.

Ashtanga

Beginner-friendly Ashtanga,

In an Ashtanga yoga class, you can expect a structured and dynamic form of yoga that involves a set series of postures performed in a specific sequence. It emphasizes proper alignment and synchronization of breath with movement. You will gain strength, flexibility, and stamina, as well as an opportunity to cultivate mindfulness and concentration. Overall, attending an Ashtanga class can lead to profound physical and mental transformation, enhancing both your yoga practice and daily life. All levels welcome!
